Are the tracks on the Lockside Trail? I haven't actually been on there and I know the trail is on old tracks but I'm not sure if that's it or not.
Kim, those are protective plastic wraps/containers that go around the bottom of (usually smaller) trees to protect them from blowing over in high winds.
